Elementary/Post Beginner French

Elementary:

Basic previous knowledge of French.

Objectives :

• To improve basic French conversational fluency and build confidence in real-life situations / Includes useful colloquial expressions.
• To consolidate the present, past, and future tenses (futur proche).

Unit 13 to 21

Term 1 – Unit 13 – 15

• Describing what people are wearing. Asking for what you want in clothes and shoe shops. Ordering on the internet.
• Identifying and describing your own possessions and other people’s.
• How to get to places. Enquiries about transport and health. Looking ahead.

Structures covered:

• More numbers.
• More adjectives.
• Colours, comparatives : more, less.
• More possessives adjectives.
• Present tense of to go and immediate future.
• Pronoun there (y).

12 week course.

Term 1: 30/09/25 – 19/12/25 – 6pm or 7:30pm
